There are ways to prevent pimples at the gym and below I have listed some things you can do.

Preventing pimples is so broad as many things can contribute to it. If you take care of the basic facial and gym etiquette then you have only got one thing out of the picture. If you want to find out what is causing your pimples start with the facial and proper gym etiquette. If this doesn’t solve your issue then start cutting out certain foods etc until you find the right formula!
